As most of you already know I was recently added to EliteFTS.com as a “Columnist”. After talking with Steve, their main content editor, I decided the name of my column should be “Kentucky Strong” to embrace all things strength and of course Kentucky. I’ve had an article already post since I’ve been brought on as a “Columnist”, but today was my first “Kentucky Strong” entry.

Here it is: Kentucky Strong: The Circus Dumbbell Clean & Press: Technique & Programming

And if you missed my first entry and quite possibly my best article to date here it is:

    Developing Your Own Training Philosphy

Good work Chase. Being a West Kaintuck boy, I’m always proud to see the region properly represented. No Strong Man or Circus C&P in my training future but I still love your stuff. Keep it up Brochacho

Thanks TJ! I really appreciate it.
