Above is a video from Saturday’s training session. Thanks to one of my training partners, Shane Solomon, for filming and uploading the video to his YouTube. The clip is the 660# Yoke/255# Farmer medley. As you can see I lost some time at the end on the yoke. The pavement slants to the right quite a bit and I was fighting with staying straight, before just giving and and walking to the right. All in all I had a good session on Saturday and today’s upper body session went pretty good as well.
