For those who don’t know I spent the weekend at “The Juggernaut Seminar Series” in Lousville, KY hosted by Chad Wesley Smith, Brandon Lilly and Ryan Brown. I had a great time and the seminar was a lot of fun. With that being said we did some training so we could get our technique critiqued by Chad and then Brandon and Corey Hayes and Brad Little from Berea Barbell. I just worked up to some moderate singles.

    Squat – Worked up to 475 x 1

    Pause Squat – 245 for 3 sets of 5-7 with a 3-5 second pause

    Bench Press – Worked up to 315 x 1

Pause Bench Press – 3 sets of 5 with 225 paused 1 inch off the chest for 1-2 second pause

    2.17.13

    Deadlift – Worked up to 515 x 1

Sumo Deadlift – Pulled some singles around 405 (I think)
