Chase Karnes graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His philosophy is simple: He believes that whether you're an elite athlete, soccer mom, or family doctor you should have access to the most recent developments in exercise, health and nutrition science.

    Chase Karnes graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)  and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

    His philosophy is simple: He believes that whether you’re an elite athlete, soccer mom, or family doctor you should have access to the most recent developments in exercise, health and nutrition science.

    Through Argonauts Fitness, Chase has worked in the exercise and nutrition arena for almost 9 years. He has hands-on experience working with athletes of numerous sports from the most basic level to collegiate athletes, strength and physique athletes along with general population clients.

    Chase is currently an EliteFTS Team Member and Columnist, the top strength and conditioning website on the internet. Chase has also contributed  to WannaBeBig and Testosterone Muscle. Chase designed the 2010 training programs for the STACK Magazine – Gatorade Performance Center, covering Football, Soccer, Baseball and Cross Country.

    Chase is also a competitive athlete himself previously competing in NPC Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. He currently competes in  North American Strongman competitions and is a National Level Competitor with a 2nd place finish at the NAS National Championship in 2012.
